Plus Stephen was patient enough to answer my 9 year olds questions about cars
What really stood out was their honesty and professionalism. They were upfront about pricing, answered all my questions patiently, and made sure I was comfortable with every step of the purchase. Plus, they went above and beyond to ensure I got the best deal possible.
If you're looking for a car and want someone who truly has your best interests at heart, I highly recommend Stephen. This was hands-down the best car-buying experience I've ever had.

| Summary: Walter's Mercedes has to be the worst dealership when it comes to helping out its customers after the sales process. I purchased a Brand New 2024 C43 AMG that I owned for 6 months that eventually was a Lemon due to very loud brake noise. I purchased a total of $9,935 in protection that was sold to me by the finance manager Luis De La Torre. I purchased the EC Bond $2,995,LoJack $2,495, Paintless Dent Repair $1,820 and Gap $2,625. This was finalized on January 1 2025 and till this day I have not received any refund from Walter's Mercedes and Rob Little the sales manager that stated he would take care of this personally after I escalated this and now it seems like he has blocked my calls. I have called several times and I am told they will email him and that he will get back to me and nothing. |
