To some this may not mean much. To me, it did. Three years ago I took my GLE350 4matic to Walters for a recall check. When I returned home I noticed that I no longer had my license mount on front of car. I did not return, but it did bother me that I now could not attach my decorative frame I received as a gift. At one point, I decided to stop by Walters while being in Riverside and I explained to a service rep my dilemma. He said he would look into it, gave me a price of $350 to replace it, took my number saying he would call me on an update. That Never happened! Recently I received another recall so I returned to Walters to schedule an appointment. I spoke with Joseph Loera and while sheduling an appointment, I brought up the missing mount. I was not intending to ask again but Josephs demeaner gave me the confidence that I could possibly get somewhere this time. He intentively listened and uderstood my frustation. Joseph spoke with his manager and came back within 30 minutes ready to place a new mount. However, I wasn't driving my car that day, so we scheduled the recall for three days later and they would replace the mount at that time. Three days later, I left Walters, the recall was handled, my front license mount was replaced brand new and at no charge. In addition to my rating of Joseph, the employees are super friendly AND they have a great waiting lounge for customers. Two thumbs up for Joseph Loera and Walters!! Great Extended Warranty Service My C300 has been trouble free for almost 7 years. I had purchased the 7 Year Extended Warranty and I am glad I did as I had a computer fail one month before the Warranty expires. Sam the Service Tech quickly found the problem and replaced the failing module. I am always confident that Walter's will keep my cars running in perfect condition.
