the service manager mark and his employee Joe Loera took advantage of me in one of the worse ways. I thought they had some decency considering what you have been through with some of the other places but they are the same bold face criminals with no shame. since March of 2024 the engine light came on in my vehicle. at that time my vehicle was still under warranty. I took it to one dealership and they refused to honor the warranty and told me that I had to pay for it. and Merceds benz customer service does not help customers when the service centers tried to rip them off. After to pleading to the to cover the parts and they refused , I decided to take the vehicle to Walters Mercedes benz of riverside in November of 2024. I had purchased from them before when Walter was Alice and always remembered him as a decent man. mark and his employee Joe loera told me that it could cost me $1,100 to correct the problem. I paid for it. The engine light came on again a few months later, to be exact it came on in February of 2025. I was having some health issues and could not get around to take care of it. and also due to what I as experiencing, I had to also avoid side streets. I called mark a few days ago and he told me to bring the car in. I went there yesterday and the first encounter I had was one guy telling me that I needed 4 new tires. I had just had new tires installed by costco on my vehicle. they took my vehicle inside the shop, removed the back passenger seat completely ,according to the they wanted to see what was causing the leak . In order to get me to pay more money, they cut the wires that leads to the gas tank from that corner. before cutting the wires, they removed they pulled back the piece of rubber that is used to wrap the wires. while they were doing that , pieces of the rubber came loose and fell in the corners at the same area. And they also cut one of the wires. then they came out insuring me by telling me that the reason for the leak is that rodents are eating away on the wires inside my car. This was to avoid taking responsibly for the same problem that they charged me for that was never fixed prior. I was frightened as they painted a picture of me as if I lived in filth or I go to places that are packed with insects. Mark the manager looked at me with theft and disrespect in his eyes telling me that I must have been been around insects or rats as they have been chewing on the wires. I felt like I was about to fall down from the ugly insults coming from both of them. then I heard the mechanic telling them that the car is in excellent condition and the leak was the only problem. mark also tried to say that I must have traveled to places where there are rodents. I told him that I have not been anywhere and even if I do, I do not go to places that are infested . mark and his employee Joe loera did everything to insult me as if I am a lowlife who lives in ghetto with rats eating away on my car. this was their way of trying to rob me for the same amount of money. I watched them as the two fo them mocked me and laughed at me. Joe Loera went outside and told one of the employee , a young guy with a ring in his nose how I had brought my car in with rats eating away on it and had him making his comments and laughing. that employee then went to another employee ,told him the same lie and both of then looked at me and began to laugh at me. My car is in pristine condition and has never exposed to such filth. neither have I ever lived anywhere or go to paces that are infested with such filth. When I told them that they were lying and and that they had cut the wires underneath the seat intentionally for me to pay more money, and that I would take the pieces to a lab and had it tested to show that its rubber from them removing and cutting the wire, they returned to the shop and removed the loose pieces. I had already collected the samples thank God. Then the manager mark told me that I should let my insurance paid for it and I should tell them that there is and opening as rats are eating away on the wiring in that area. knowing that he is a criminal who is trying to rip me off with the oversize criminal employee named jOE Loera to pile up their pockets with money that they did not earned. They told me to leave my car there for my insurance company to come and look at it. my insurance company advise me not to leave my car there. when I told mark that he should put the seat back together, he told me that it would cost me if he had to put the seat back in place. he drove the car out of the shop with the seat pulled apart and a patio of it on the floor for me to leave with it like that. looking at the condition of my car like a piece of rag on the inside , I asked him to put the seat back in its original condition. he barley threw it together according to him adjusters needed to see damage. one way or another they are determined to rob. I will sue them this morning in court. criminals!

I recently brought my Mercedes AMG to Walter's for routine service. Joseph Loera was my service associate. He had me in and out in no time. He went above and beyond to get me a loaner car for the day. He provided a detailed estimate and completed service the same day. Everything ran like clock work. I have brought my cat to Walter's for 7 years. We also purchased a used Mercedes, bringing that car also here now
