I will never buy a Mercedes ever again from Walter's. I suggest to everyone I talk to and everyone that reads this to go else where. First, I would like to say the staff is a joke. They are so friendly and on top of things before you purchase a car and before they hound you to write a good review. After that drop you so fast and will never return calls. Here is my experience from the start. I found a GLE online that I was very interested in and spoke with a sales man name Carlos. Carlos was nice and helpful in the beginning. I went in the same day and purchased the car. By the time all the papers were signed it was night time and right before closing. When I was signing the papers they told me they were taking the car to the back to wash the car and have it ready. When I received my car it look exactly like it did on the lot. They never cleaned it, but I was excited and let it slide. I got home with my new car and went to bed. The next morning I walked out to my car and noticed the hood of the car was not aligned. One side had a big gap above the headlight. Also, the PPF I paid for on my contract was not installed on the car. I instantly called Carlos and sent him pics of the car. He said to bring it in and they will look at it. He also started being really pushy about leaving a good review for him and the dealership. I did so after getting off the phone because I thought they were going to be on top of things. Well, that was my mistake because it only went downhill from there on. When I brought in the car they explained that the hood was bolted on wrong and needed to be fixed. This wasn't really what I wanted to hear after spending about $80,000 on a brand new car but I bit my tongue. When they told me my car was ready I drive to Riverside just to see it looking pretty much the same, and the PPF was not installed. At that point I was extremely upset. They played dumb like they didn't know it wasn't fixed and said to leave the car and that they would fix it. Long story short they had my car for well over a month. They mentioned that the car was at Caliber Collision so I decided to call Caliber to see what was wrong with the car. Calibers quickly got short with me on the phone without any information and said they would call back. Ten minutes later I get a call from Mercedes asking why I called Caliber to ask them questions. Ummmm excuse me, last I checked I own the car. Therefore if someone is working on a car I own I have the right to do so. Instantly this seemed like something shady was happening, but they made to impossible to find anything out. After this weird situation the dealership asked me to pick it up on 3 different occasions only to find out upon each arrival it wasn't fixed. I would even ask before driving down, "Is it fixed? Is the PPF on?" Every time I would be told yes only to find out it was nothing but lies or laziness of not checking. Carlos promised me one full tank of gas for making me drive from Redlands to Riverside so many times, which I never received. I spoke with serval people at the dealership including managers only to be passed around and no one fixing the problem. The dealership had two guys by the name of Christian and I believe his name was Adam handle the situation. Christian, Adam and I came to an agreement I would take the car with the hood as is, since they said they could not do anything more to fix it, and they would give me a $1,000 Amazon gift card, all weather car mats, window shade (the nice one) and they would have someone come to my house to install the PPF. Well, they gave me the gift card and the mats but never gave me the sunshade. They always had excuses as to why I wasn't getting it, and when I asked when someone would install the PPF they stopped answering my calls and never got back to me. WHAT THE HECK!!!! How can you make a deal with me and only give half of what you said and then avoid me? The worse part is I paid to have PPF to be on my car and they are avoiding me to have it put on. That's stealing my money. Even the little things that I never received from the dealership were a disappointment. My car wasn't clean, nor did it have wiper fluid in it. This is all just laziness. I know somethings may seem minor but when you buy a Mercedes you expect getting the best customer service. I am surprised that the managers never stepped up and took over the situation and fixed things when I explained what was happening. Instead they just passed me along to people that didn't care. So I suggest stay away from this dealership. They will sweet talk you until they make a sale and you write that review and then they will drop you. Let me add I have all the issues discussed and the promises made in text messages, so I have proof of the bs that you fed me.

Amazing experience start to finish! It's truly refreshing to see that great customer service and communication does still exist. I do not live near Walter's and it was important to me to be able to mostly complete the deal by phone/text. I spoke with several wonderful people during the course of my purchase, including Adam and Juan Carlos. Gio Salinas sent me a video of the car, so there were no surprises when I got to Walter's, and we reached a deal over the phone. The great experience continued at Walter's when I got to the finance department. I was at the dealership just over an hour because the paperwork was ready as promised when I arrived. Thanks to everyone involved in this great car buying experience. I will be recommending Walter's and Gio Salinas to anyone and everyone.
