| Summary: Alfonso Hernandez is a very hard working Mercedes expert his hard work and diligence, got me out of a 2018 Mercedes Benz, which I purchased eight months prior at Walters, Mercedes Benz, it just happened that the vehicle turned out to be a lemon Alfonso Hernandez pulled out all things necessary to make sure that I drove off the lot with a brand new 2023, Mercedes-Benz, his knowledge and expertise was valuable beyond measure he also convey dignity and honesty hes a hard-working, dedicated man and it shows, and due to the fact that I am disabled, Alfonso Hernandez, personally came to my home the next day to complete the sale, and to have me sign the necessary papers, he also went above, and beyond to make sure I fully understood the function of the vehicle. He also help me set up my phone, to my Mercedes, and went over all the ends and outs. Concerning my brand new beautiful Mercedes

Alfonso Hernandez took care of us and I HIGHLY recommend his service if youre considering a Mercedes purchase. He was knowledgeable, patient, and extremely accommodating to us from start to finish. Jason (the sales manager) is running a sales department that isnt pushy, at all, leads with honesty, and meets the customer at their needs. We felt extremely well taken care of. Ive brought it in for its service and for other issues (like me hitting a pot hole) and I always ask for JR to be my advisor because he's awesome and professional. I had to take my car in last week and they squeezed me in on a very busy Saturday because I needed a car for the week. My car was ready Thursday morning and it's running perfectly. JR is always on top of communication and I'm always super happy with the service I receive. Ill never buy anywhere else! |
