| Summary: Christian Aparicio was great to work with. Explained everything clearly. Never felt pressured or hard sold to buy a car. He explained the options and let me decide what was best, even when I decided to walk away.
Ultimately I came back and bought the car because of the great deal he offered but also because of his professional demeanor. Would definitely recommend him. |

| Summary: Recently bought a vehicle from Walter's MB dealership in Riverside. The whole transaction was seamless. Christian was our sales representative and was insightful with explaining the car options and allowing us extra time to make our decision even going out of his way to show us a few others at a different location. He was extremely personable, knowledgeable about the car, and eventually helped us out with our decision. Will definitely be doing business at this location again. Their sales team including Edwin Corea who we initially had spoken to was thorough and helped set us up with our appointment and narrowing the vehicles that met our needs. We never felt pressured to buying the car or any additional options unless if we wanted to. Definitely would consider buying from Christian and the Walter's dealership in the future. |

He was such a professional and walked us through all the payment options patiently.
What stood out to me was his thorough knowledge of the features of the car. He explained everything in detail.
The sales manager Rob was just so genuine- he was fair and explained everything clearly and was willing to do business over the phone since I lived 2 hours away from the dealership.
Finally ended up making a good deal for a new car and turned in my old car- the used car specialist Daniel S took care of us really well.
Very happy with the experience and will definitely come back to this dealership in the future. |
