Isaid Barragan and everyone else involved with our purchase was kind, courteous, and very informative about this van we bought. We came all the way from 29 Palms by Joshua Tree because we actually knew Walter himself years ago and we wanted to give his family our business above all else. It was a great day and I feel like when we left, we made some friends at Walter's Mercedes of Riverside. |

| Summary: David Alcantar and the Walter’s Mercedes Benz staff was very knowledgeable and patient while taking me and my wife on a test drive of a Sprinter Van. David was responsive to phone/text/emails and very straightforward on negotiations and pricing. We really liked the fact they are a Sprinter sales and service center. Their knowledge of Sprinters really showed compared to other dealerships I have dealt with. They also went the extra mile to close the deal literally by delivering the van to my house personally (50 miles away). Thanks David and the Walters Autogroup staff. |

| Summary: I wouldve given it five stars but realized that I took it in for an oil change and asked for a tire rotation. I bought the service package and to my surprise the tire rotation was not included in that. If I wanted the tires rotated it would be an additional $350. It was a little disappointing. |

I know every car dealers are very busy and providing services to their clients, On my telephone call that I am bringing a car for the service, though it needs an appointment ahead for the services, staff resisted the immediate service. I could have gone to my nephew's place, the House Mercedes, Anaheim. Anyway, I drove the car for service. I went to see David, ask him for the service, he cooperated with me, after the paperwork, within an hour or more, the car was ready to go. I have been given excellent service, without an appointment, verbally told him I will bring another car for the service. I got the second car service without the hassle. Excellent Job.
Secondly, During the waiting time I went to the salesperson Mr. Gustavo talked to him about leasing the 3rdcar, he cooperated with me to find a good deal, but unfortunately, the dealer Sales manager couldn't fulfill my demand. |
