| Summary: I had the pleasure of working with Diego Moron at Walter's MBZ of Riverside for the purchase of EQE 350+ 4Matic. I was looking for a specific trim/color and options for this car and there was nothing available locally to me. When I found what I wanted on Waler's website, I contacted the sales dept and I was paired with Diego. He answered all my questions patiently and went over all the options in full detail. He even created a personal video for me describing the details of the car. He went over all the financing options and made sure that everything was ready before I decided to make the long trip to pick up the car. And when I finally arrived, he even picked me up from the Ontario airport. Purchase process at the dealership itself was pretty smooth and I was able to drive the car back home as happy and satisfied customer. All in all it was a fantastic experience to work with Diego and bring home a beautiful car. Thanks!! |

From the moment we walked in, he was incredibly patient, took the time to really listen to what we were looking for, and never once made us feel rushed or pressured. He was extremely knowledgeable about the cars, especially the EQS, which we ended up purchasingand we absolutely love it! You can tell hes genuinely passionate about what he does, and it didnt feel like the typical dealership experience at all. We had already done our research and price shopping beforehand, and everything was transparent and easy when we arrived. I 100% recommend this dealership, and if you go, definitely ask for Diego. Hell make sure you get the experience you deserve! |

| Summary: At first, I was disappointed because I arrived expecting the vehicle to still be availablethey even called to confirm my appointment. But sure enough, when I got there, they couldn't find the car, as it had just been sold. However, thanks to Diego Moron, the experience turned around completely. He went above and beyond to find us a similar car with even fewer miles. Overall, the experience was greatDiego Moron was fantastic, very knowledgeable, and truly great with people. Despite us coming from 1.5 hours away, he was even willing to deliver. A big thank you to Diego and Finance Manager Luis de Torre for making this happen! I will definitely be coming back for another vehicle and know exactly where to go. |
