I initially spoke with Raul Ayala of Internet sales, he was extremely helpful, and even sent a video of the car that he took himself. I then made an appointment for a test drive, and was assisted by Omar Malek. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. I ended up purchasing the vehicle that I came to look at. I highly recommend Walters, Mercedes Benz of Riverside. |

| Summary: I am ordering my next 2024 C300 with Pinnacle/Driver Assistance. I currently have a 2017 C300 with all of the Technical options. I wanted to see all of the new changes and how they work. Christian has a wealth of knowledge regarding all of the new features. Being a retired System Engineer, it's nice to learn from someone that really knows the Technical features of my next car.
After reviewing all of the new options, I was happy to place a custom order on my next C300. The order process was pleasant and I am happy to wait for my new C300 to arrive as I wanted to get the car with exactly the correct features. |
