| Summary: This was my first experience with a Mercedes dealership, and I have to say it went better than anticipated. Our sales representative Jaime R. went above and beyond for my wife and I. He was never pushy, took his time to ensure all my meticulous questions were answered. We were able to view all the models we had interest in. When it came down to negotiations, he was able to work within our budget to ensure we were not only thrilled with our new vehicle but with our price as well. Overall I cannot highlight Jaime and the whole team at Walter's Mercedes-Benz Riverside enough. We look forward to doing business with you in the future. |

| Summary: I bought my first Mercedes at Mercedes Benz of Riverside the last week of December. I had been shopping around for a new car for me. I went to Volvo, Audi and BMW before I settled on the Merz GLC 43 AMG. what did it for me was first, the car. loved everything about it. fun to test drive. and second the customer service I got from the salesman Jaime Ramirez. he was professional, not condescending, not high pressure and very helpful. The manager and the finance person Justin were also very helpful and patient as they navigated through my questions. needless to say I recommend this dealership and Mr Ramirez if you are looking for a great deal on a very nice vehicle. |
