| Summary: We just picked up our EQE SUV 350+ yesterday, and I have to say, this was by far the best experience weve ever had with any Mercedes-Benz dealership. JAIME RAMIREZ, though new, was incredibly friendly and professional. He made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. ROB LITTLE, who gave me major Dana White vibes, was also fantasticvery kind and extremely helpful.
What really stood out was how they genuinely worked with us to find a reasonable deal, rather than just trying to make a sale. Their approach made all the difference, and we truly felt valued as customers.
Were already planning to buy another car from them soon, and this will be the only dealership well go to from now on, thanks to these two amazing gentlemen. |

| Summary: I bought my dream car! My first Mercedes Benz, and it was amazing thanks to our salesman, Jaime Ramirez, who was an absolute pleasure to work with. He provided us with the most phenomenal car buying experience ever, from start to finish!
As soon as we stepped foot onto the lot, he was there to meet and greet us. He looked very professional and totally at ease, in blue tailored pants, matching blue shoes, and a polo in complementary matching colors. I was immediately impressed by his friendly reception of us and his thoughtful offer of water as it was a beautiful day, but definitely hot out. After we looked at a couple of cars on the front lot, he took us to the upstairs lot where the new cars arestored. Along the way, he pointed out where refreshments and the bathrooms were located.
He was extremely knowledgeable about each and all of the cars he showed us. He listened carefully to what we told him we wanted, and he was extremely patient with us as my hubby was loving every one of the Benz on the lot. Lol!
After wed settled upon our purchase, he took us to his office to start the paperwork. He communicated well with us, answered all of our questions, kept us informed, and updated every step of the way; and he made sure we were comfortable and enjoyed refreshments throughout the entire process.
The service Jaime Rameriz provided us with and his commitment to excellence while going the extra mile was executed to perfection. Jaime Ramirez, a million and one, thanks for an incredible service and a beautiful experience. Well done! |
