| Summary: I have purchased 2 cars from Walters Mercedes Riverside previously and Jr Rodriquez had always been my Service Advisor always giving me excellent advice and guidance. I drove in to have air regulated in my tires and found out I had a nail in both drivers side tires. The next morning I was there for 4 new tires. The excellent customer service was still stellar and Jr Rodriguez consistency in his service role was outstanding! |

| Summary: JR Rodriguez was an excellent service rep. He never pressured me and made me feel comfortable in all aspects. He gave me pricing and let me choose what I felt needed to be serviced on my car. Anna took care of a car rental fast and easy so I could go run errands while my car was being serviced but the service was so fast and efficient I didnt have much time to do anything. I loved the video share from the technician's. Thank you for a fast and easy Mercedes experience. |
