Summary: Alex Ramirez is the best- he goes beyond helpfulness and amazing service. The issue is the rest of the staff working behind the counter Alex was not there that day when I went to pick up my car- 30 minutes later after I paid my car was nowhere to be found. Neither the cashier nor a few posters could find my key. Long story short-waited over 60 minutes to be able to get my car. I keep on getting the service here because of the service I get fromthis one single advisor- Alex, have had cars from Walters Mercedes AND Porsche and I can honestly say, the staff training. service and caring keep on going downhill. Their attitudes are poor, are more concerned about being on social media or just chatting with coworkers, while they see a customer waiting and waiting
I would recommend service if the service advisor is Alex and to make sure to call and see if he is there before picking up your car. In the past, I have had no issues BECAUSE after I paid Alex, my car was given to me within 5 minutes. The rest of the staff (not the advisors) are lost and truly don't care . |

I brought it up to their attention and the rep that took it in said he was gonna take a look into it and then ignored my call and did not give me a call back. Very unprofessional especially for our expensive cars to not be taken care while we leave them. |

Summary: My recent encounter with Walter's Mercedes-Benz of Riverside was nothing short of disappointing. Despite my proactive efforts, including two calls and texts to confirm my appointment and the car's availability, I arrived only to find out that the vehicle I was interested in had been sent off-site for detailing at my appointment time. This unexpected inconvenience was frustrating, especially considering the time and effort I had invested in scheduling the appointment and driving there.
To make matters worse, the salesperson I had spoken to and confirmed my appointment with was absent upon my arrival. Instead, I was greeted by someone entirely unfamiliar who said my appointment was moved to someone else who was not there, so instead I was with someone else who seemed unaware of my scheduled meeting and unable to provide any helpful information to me. The lack of coordination and communication among staff members was palpable and reflected poorly on the dealership's professionalism. I am not sure if this is a one off thing or if others experience this as well but this was my experience.
Furthermore, the staff's inability to provide clear information about the whereabouts of the car and the status of my appointment only served to exacerbate my frustration. It became apparent that the dealership was ill-prepared to handle such situations, leaving me feeling undervalued as a potential customer.
My experience at Walter's Mercedes-Benz of Riverside fell far short of my expectations. Despite my genuine interest in exploring their inventory, I was met with obstacles and inconveniences that soured the entire experience. It's evident that a few members of the dealership sales staff needs to prioritize improving their customer service and communication processes to ensure a more positive experience for customers in the future but I was glad to see others had positive experiences at this dealership so I gave it a two star instead of one.. |
