| Summary: If I could give more then five stars I would, that is the type of service Alejandro Ramirez provides for guest at Walter's Mercedes-Benz. Mr. Ramirez was courteous and patient when it came to explaining what my car needed and a breakdown of the price. He accommodated me and made me feel appreciated for my business. I will surely be coming back to this location for my next service. |

| Summary: Took my car in and was lucky to get Alex Ramirez as my service advisor. First time there so didnt know what to expect, but Alex was there every step of the way. He was very prompt, knowledgable, and explained everything in detail of what service my car needed. Awesome customer service. I would definitely recommend friends and family to take their car and ask for Alex. |

| Summary: Alex Ramirez was the best advisor I have met, he went above and beyond to assist with my problems with my car. He explained in details what needed to be done and all my alternative options. I did not feel like he was pushy and forced me into doing services and repairs that wasnt necessary. I would highly recommend him go all your servicing needs. |

| Summary: Alex provided me with excellent customer service anoil leak was detected and my car was kept for several days. I was provided with a loaner. They were very thorough and kept the car so they could drive it over several days to make sure that they had diagnosed the problem accurately, and fixed it. Alex kept me up-to-date regularly about their progress. I received excellent customer service! |
