| Summary: We recently Recently went to buy a preowned Mercedes-Benz great experience with Diana Backer She explained everything and showed us multiple cars Without hesitation we decided to get a 2018 GLC. Brian Was kind of a headache Momentarily however he did get is a fair trade in value for our car. We since been back for service To put on a illuminating Mercedes emblem which is amazing the service department was easy to get along with and friendly. I had one issue with I display acting up However spoke to Diana and she was glad to walk us through the process to resolve the issue without needing to go Back to service department.Thanks Diana |

I went in knowing very little about the type of Mercedes I wanted and Dina was a huge help. She was very patient and knowledgeable and explained everything in great depth and was able to answer all my questions. She was very friendly and not pushy!!! I had some questions the day after purchasing the car and Dina was great about getting back to me. THANKS DINA! |
