| Summary: Gordon Lai made the purchase of our Metris can seamless and easy. Prior to arriving at the dealership Gordon had already given us a fair deal on the purchase price along with the payment we would expect. When we arrived at the dealership everything was ready for us to sign. We checked out the car, signed all the paperwork and had Gordon explain all the features of the car in less than an hour. Its been the easiest experience weve ever had purchasing a vehicle. If you need a commercial van, visit Gordon at Walters Mercedes, hell take good care of you. |

| Summary: It took me, on and off due to economy, roughly 7 years to finally drive away with my 'Ordered' 2020 Mercedes Sprinter.
I work in the Advertising Industry and have had many auto dealer clientele throughout the U.S.A. and know how they typically if not usually treat their customers...you've seen the movies LOL.
After sending out my initial info request from all the dealers in the LA basin and receiving the worst treatment I was about to give up. I will NOT do any business with inept companies. Been there, done that.
One day I was walking out of the grocery store and saw someone with a Sprinter parked near me and walked up to chat, they loved their Sprinter and urged me to contact Walter's in Riverside.
It must have been fate that I connected with Gordon Lai. Nothing but courtesy, intelligence and expedient communication. I started my order though Gordon/Walters immediately....then....Covid-19.
Thinking there was going to be extended delays, Gordan/Walters got my Sprinter to me 3 months earlier then expected with everything I asked for.
I had to quickly sell my FJ Cruiser(which wasn't difficult at Carmax) so I had the down payment I wanted.
Gordan came to where I was(105 degree heat!) with my new Sprinter, brought me back to the dealership, went through everything.
I could not be happier. THANK YOU GORDON LAI and Thank you Walter's!, I'll continue letting people know, 'Go the extra mile(literally), and Go to Walters...ask for Gordon.

| Summary: Buying a vehicle can be a slow and painful process, but Im thankful that I was able to work with Gordon Lai and the team at Walters to buy my new van. Even the finance discussion (usually one of the worst parts in buying a car) with Toni Hajj was a great experience. Totally professional, efficient service. I never felt like I was being sold something that I didnt want or need. Gordon was prompt and thorough in his communication. And while Im not usually a fan of video emails, Gordons video emails were super helpful in being able to understand a few key features.
