| Summary: I just purchased a new sprinter yesterday at their sprinter dept. Just a note, due to consumer fear and the stay at Hm prerogatives sales are slow. What this has done is given me an unheard of opportunity to buy my van. Reduced 1000's from sticker price and well below invoice. 0% apr for 5 years and a full tank of diesel. 3 months deferred payment with Mercedes making the first payment:) David Alcantar handled my sale and I really didn't hate the experience "for once, in fact it was pretty enjoyable. We found a middle ground and it was very smooth. Now I've never had the experience of texting after hours and getting immediate and concise answers. This team has risen to the new (pandemic) normal in business and are getting it done:) Cheers Walters I'll be back for the wife's GLC directly:) |

| Summary: Never owned a Mercedes! Never knew they built the Sprinter, until I meet an owner. Always thought Mercedes built luxury cars, Not work vehicles. So when I learned about the Sprinter,I thought, I hope this is not like the Ford, or Dodge, or Nisson we were looking at. I cannot except front wheel drive, unibody, for a work truck. I tow trailers, for my jobs, with weight in them, need somthing strong,durable, and half / way good mileage. Showed up Monday morning at 8:00 O'clock to look over the Sprinter, Low and behold, Isaid Barragan, sales person already there. Some body forgot to tell him, sales people don't show up untill 10:00 O'clock. OK show me what you have. 3-4 weeks later we bought a 144"wheel base V-6 Diesel. 2500 hundred crew cab 2015. WE are very pleased and feel extremly happy about the deal. Much can be said, but we checked prices with other M-B dealers, even showed paper work. No one could match the Price. We will do it again. Thank You Isaid,David, Tony,and Glenn for this deal. Even meet MR,Walter,talked for 20 min, Sincerely Paul & Isabel
