I was treated with respect, the staff (particularly salesmen Tony Wasif), were extremely knowledgeable and helpful at every stage of the purchase (research, test drives, working with me to get the best bang for my buck). I’m absolutely grateful for the quick and painless experience and love my new ride! I wish all dealers did business like Walters MB. NO WAIT; CHRISTIAN GARCIA WAS TOTALLY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND DIDN'T WEAR ME OUT, NO HYPE. MAYBE THE BEST BUYING EXPERIENCE IN 65 YEARS OF CAR BUYING! NEGOTIATION WAS QUICK AND PAPERWORK TOO. CHRISTIAN SWAPPED MY SHEEP SKINS SEAT COVERS EVEN THOUGH THAT'S A MAJOR TRICK. MANAGER EMIL WAS FAST IN WORKING OUT THE DEAL AND JUSTIN HUSTLED THRU THE PAPERWORK. |

| Summary: 2 weeks agoNEW Raul Ayala was upfront and honest throughout the deal. He didn't push one way or the other, most importantly, he was knowledgeable about the product. Got to answer my questions and he helped out as much as possible. Be warned that Walter's has 2 lots, make sure the salesman you are working with is at the location of the car. |
