| Summary: The used and new car selection for the SUV’s was limited to a handful of cars, 1 of each color, with different options. It was difficult to choose a car that had the options that fit the color, exterior and interior, that we wanted. Despite these limited options, Raul impressed us with the available cars at the lot, showcasing each feature, clearly distinguishing each car from the other, and chauffeuring us when we requested him to show us the cars capabilities. By the end of our consultation, while there were a number of cars we were interested in, Raul respected our budget goals and focused on selling us a car that we could afford. Nick Hays also respected our goals and offered us a very fair price for insuring our vehicle through Mercedes, knowing the importance of having gap insurance. |

| Summary: We bought a used car here and no exaggeration, it was probably the most remarkable car-buying experience we've ever had. We bought a Genesis that had been traded in & our sales rep, Raul Ayala, was *more than top-tier in terms of service, flexibility, professionalism, politeness, courtesy & communication. He also went out of his way to come back to the dealership after he had gone home for the day on two different occasions to accommodate our work schedules & the commute from OC. He proactively took the initiative to send us a personally-made video showing us the car (in & out) and said that while he wasn't an expert at the Genesis line of cars, that he would find the answer to any question we had for him. When we came to test-drive, he had taken it upon himself to learn about so many features of the car & educated us on "what" & "how". We were blown away at the level of care & attentiveness he put into one sale. We can't think of anything he could've done differently. And if we ever find ourselves in the market for a Benz or another used trade-in, we would definitely have Raul in mind. |

He was able to find me an aesthetic and ergonomic comfort SUV to trade in that suited my needs. He also made sure that the trade-in price was reasonable as well as my new SUV 2024 Mercedes GLE350W4 provide practical mileage driving performance.
