| Summary: In compare to before that someone always greeted you as you pulled in and advisor would be out right after, vs. now I had to wait for a little while after I pulled in and another 25 minutes sitting in the waiting room for an advisor. I would like to your to respect the reserved slot and keep the appointment promptly and please send someone else if the advisor can't keep the appt. |

| Summary: JR was great; he got me in last minute and, inasmuch as it was a safety issue (airbag sensor in seatbelt) they did the diagnostic gratis. Further still, they did a complimentary full vehicle inspection and car wash. Lastly, they were efficient and professional. |
