| Summary: From the time Tony was introduced to me, until the time I left the dealership in my 2021 C300, this handsome young man was genuine (real), you can't teach that. He was respectful, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He was raised right, and this Southern girl recognized that. Don't change, keep meeting people where they are, and the sky is the limit for you!

| Summary: I would just like to comment on my buying experience, from my initial meeting all the way through delivery was OUTSTANDING! Joe Obrian, EZ and Tony in finance were all exceptional. Joe was very accommodating, helpful and professional during the entire time, quick to respond to emails and even text messages, EZ was very helpful and full of ideas for my new "Sprinter" buildout and Tony was an absolute gentleman...the whole process was easy and low stress, my wife and I were very impressed by the other staff members too and the new facility is beautiful. Thank you all very much! |

| Summary: I would like to say a special Thank you to Tony Wasif. He was beyond amazing. He made whole process Quick, Painless and Trustworthy! Before coming to Walters I went to a couple other Mercedes dealership and spoke with other sales consultants and they did not make me feel as comfortable as Tony did. He's awesome! I would 100% recommend him to anyone. also Thank you to the Manager and Finance dept. |
