| Summary: Its been about a year Ive been contacting Elizabeth Flores regarding purchasing a vehicle, and for some reason it was never a right timing for me..,
Despite her getting annoyed or ignoring someones questions who has never seemed to have the right time to go or seriousness of purchasing a vehicle; she always answered all my questions promptly. Keeping in mind I live in Los Angeles and dealership in in Riverside. I asked Liz, like for the 10th time about a Glc coupe (at night) she answered right away informed me about price and possible finance options.
The next day we continue with application, got approved she gave me options, she LISTENED to what I was able to pay and we finally came to an agreement. Due to work schedule and lack of time once again, she went the extra mile and delivered my vehicle at home!!!!
This lady is just incredible and made my purchase experience feel like I was special.
