| Summary: Jon Klempner Was the person who we worked with through the buying process. He was patience and not pushy. There were no pressures from the buying experience. He treated us professionally. He surprised us with a small gift of appreciation at the end of our buying journey. He spent sometimes to go over the functionality of the car before we drove off. We would buy again from this dealership and would like to work with Jon Klempner as the salesman. |

| Summary: Jon K (sales) is the only reason Im providing 5 stars. He went above and beyond during the car buying process and even continued to follow up. Within 1 month of purchasing my glc my seat had a tear in it. Jon was kind enough to follow up and make it right making sure this issue was being fixed. Questioning the longevity still of the seats but thankful Mercedes made it right for me. Highly recommend to work with Jon if youre purchasing your car here. |
