| Summary: I went there with my older parents to help them purchase a new car. Liliana Duran was the salesperson that helped us, and she was great! My mom has difficulty walking so rather than walking her around to look at cars, Liliana was gracious enough to drive cars that fit my mom's criteria back and forth so she could stay in one place. After 3 or 4 tries, mom found the one she wanted. There were no no high pressure sales tactics, they settled on a price that was acceptable and gave us a reasonable price for our 2 trade in vehicles. We only brought one of the two trade in vehicles and when I mentioned that I would bring in the second one the following day, Liliana agreed to come get the car from us to save us time! That was a huge help! Not only did she come to get the car but she spent as much time as my parents needed showing them how to use all the options on the new car! I would highly recommend Walter's if you are in the market for a new car and DEFINITELY ask for Liliana! |
