| Summary: Set up a Saturday appointment via the website on Friday night due to an urgent issue. Michael Ramos was the Service Advisor and he was very welcoming and processed the paperwork quickly so the techs could get to work on an oil light issue. It took about 3 hrs to completion, I waited in the lobby and was informed that the light problem was still happening and further testing needed to be be done. I was in a hurry and will come back at a later time. Very pleased with Michaels service. |

| Summary: I wanted to take the time to share my recent experience with the Walters Mercedes-Benz of Riverside Service Center and most importantly my interactions with my Service Advisor Michael Ramos.
I am fairly new to this area and so this is only my second visit to this particular Mercedes-Benz Dealership. However, each time I have had the pleasure of having Michael as my Service Advisor.
I will talk first about my experiences with Michael.
I was surprised that he had very clear memories of me and my car from my first visit which took place about a year prior. I found that to be very impressive. My car means a lot to me and he remembered it very well. He knows and understands the level of care that I take with my car and so his approach is very comforting.
From the first handshake hello, to the final handshake goodbye at the end of my visit I knew that my car was in good competent hands.
All of my concerns pertaining to my visit were accurately documented and were completely and thoroughly addressed. My visit was not a quick in and out visit and so it required Michael keeping me informed during the diagnosis and repair of my vehicle which took place over several days.
As for the dealership itself. They appear to be a very close knit and professional group from the person that greets you at the start of the process on the driveway when you first arrive, to the folks in the back end that perform the actual work. I knew that my car was in good hands.
I would not hesitate recommending the Walters Mercedes-Benz of Riverside Service Center to anyone that needs to have their Mercedes-Benz serviced. |
