The whole team there Is so helpful and they really go above and beyond to make things happen for you; they will always get a referral or a recommendation from me! I want to give extra kuddos to Rene Orellana ! He is the real MVP. He spoke on my behalf to get the ball rolling and he had the whole deal worked out so when I came in it was signing papers with finance and enjoying my new ride in NO TIME!! He was so patient and he didnt want me to leave without helping me! I really appreciate that! He knew my situation and made it work! I trusted Walters to get me into something I really wanted and they did just that! From sales to finance and service, I give them a 5 star all around. When you come to Walters dont hesitate to ask for my guy Ren hes great! I want to give a honorable mention to Christian in sales. He helped me with my first car that started the whole Walters relationship! Thank you guys! | Summary: This is my 3rd time getting a Benz from Walter's and again I received exceptional service from Peter Tecson all the way to the finance department. I live in Gardena so it took me an hour to get to Riverside and I will do it again when I come back for my 4th car. Its worth the ride, the deals and just the the way they treat you you cant help but come back. Including my self my family has bought nine cars through Walter's Mercedes and we are trying to get more family members to join in! |

| Summary: Since you get off of your car at Walters Mercedes-Benz in Riverside, you are greeted with respect and professionalism. You feel comfortable walking in and looking around. There is no uncomfortable moments with any of the sales persons. I had the pleasure to buy my first Mercedes with sales associate Peter Tecson. I contacted him prior to buying the car and he made a video of the car explaining all the bells and whistles of the car. Besides Peters professionalism, he listened and understood what i was looking for in my first Mercedes. His personality and sense of humor made the time and the purchase process easier and comfortable. Thanks to Peter Tecson, Justin Campbell, and all Walters Mercedes-Benz team for welcoming to the family. |
