| Summary: after about 6 months now of owning my brand new c300, i just wanted to write mercedes benz of riverside and the team about my experience over being a first time mercedes owner! travis and eddy were the salesman who helped me make my dream come true, they are so kind and patient when making sure i was taken care of, such a fast and easy process! i even had my car delivered to the comfort of my own home which made the entire purchase even better. as well, i just recently brought my car in for its first service and kelly, my service advisor, was so nice and helpful on making sure my car got the proper care it needed. thank you so much to mercedes benz of riverside on being an amazing part of my new car journey! |

| Summary: My wife and I went to Walters Mercedes-Benz of Riverside to buy our first Mercedes-. The experience could not have been any better than it was. We were greeted very warmly, and there was no pressure whatsoever. Eddy Elsayed and Travis Rhodes Took their time and showed us several different models that fit the need we were looking for. We purchased a GLE 350. We got an unbelievably good deal, and some great financing. If you are looking to purchase a Mercedes-Benz, dont look any further than here. You will not regret it. They are warm, helpful, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about their products. I absolutely loved the experience and Walters. Mercedes-Benz has a customer for life. I highly recommend visiting this dealership. |
