Great lengths? And at your cost? Screwing in some bolts for the undercarriage that should have been properly installed to begin with surely cost you nothing. And comping 2 tires while we bought the other two at full retail, which I'm sure makes up for anything you "lost" on the two you provided seems like the least you could do. |

Mr. Bolden assured me that Joshua would take good care of me and he was absolutely correct! Working with Joshua, directly, and Kevin, indirectly, was truly a winning combination. The dynamic duo was in the building. They provided me with a feeling of complete satisfaction as I went through each phase of the car-buying process. Audi management won the prize with these two. Employees are a true reflection of the company that employs them. Mr. Bolden and Mr. Johnson are representing Walter's Audi of Riverside well. | Summary: My entire experience at Walter's Audi of Riverside was superlative. From start to finish, Joshua Johnson was extremely cordial and ensured that all of my questions were answered. He also made it a point to check-in throughout the process so he could gauge whether or not I remained comfortable with my decision to purchase a new 2024 Audi Q3! Joshua took time to set up and review the MyAudi app. Then, he patiently waited while I transferred my belongings from the old vehicle to the new one and even offered to help! Superior and extraordinary customer service were definitely a priority. If there was a rating higher than 5 stars, Joshua definitely would receive that rating!
