| Summary: James was my service advisor next door at VW when I had my VW Arteon. I ended up trading it in for my S5. I was so relieved when I walked in for my service to see James! I make sure I wait in line for him or call ahead to make sure I can work with him. Knowing he is handling my car, I know he will go above and beyond for me and will keep me updated every step of the way, which is so appreciated. My car always comes back running perfect and clean. James is so funny, he even gives my duck valve caps a good cleaning. Thank you!!!! |
