| Summary: Great experience buying here and working with Joshua Rambow. We just walked on the lot and looked around first (old school with no appt.) and it was nice that no one came rushing up to start sales pitching but gave us space. One price on all vehicles made it easier not to haggle with hours long negotiating. Joshua Rambow was extremely informative and immediately sent info. on the vehicle we wanted and video emails with a video virtual tour when the vehicle came in. Very impressive and professional. After purchase Joshua gave us an orientation on the vehicle and the guy never stuttered. Very satisfied with our experience and this Audi dealership has way more inventory than other Audi dealerships. |

| Summary: This has to have been the most refreshing car buying experience I've ever been through. After my first call, Joshua Rambow sent me a personalized video walkaround of the car. This was an absolutely amazing touch.
The process once we were there was very smooth and straightforward. There were no surprises and we left with the exact deal we went in expecting. Before going in to finance, we were given a list of add-ons so we could choose what we did and didn't want to hear about. All said and done, it took under 2 hours from when we drove on the lot until we drove off.
I have already recommended Joshua Rambow and Walters Audi to multiple people, and will continue to do so as long as they are treated as well as I was. |
