| Summary: We went in to check out the e-tron and the sales person we got Ryan (hopefully got the name right) was very unprofessional, we lasted about 5 minutes before we left anything my wife and would point out things like the price of the vehicle or other things about the vehicle he would roll his eyes, if you don't want to be in this particular business I strongly suggest find an other profession. We were contacted by Audi do to our review and they assigned Joshua and he was great with all our questions even now after a year well almost a yearstill take care of us, now that's great service. |

| Summary: Avoid! Bait & Switch still exists here! Came today and informed the salesperson Ryan that we have a limited time due to our daughter on leave for military and would like the smoothest and quickest buying experience. We were told military discount would apply and when we came in there NO was discount, removed the lo jack option and car had body damage that was not disclosed during our entire correspondence. Wasted our time for this sales tactic, drove for this BS. Consider yourself warned, avoid unless you like sales games. |
