| Summary: Just bought a used Audi Etron and couldn't be happier. I worked with Stephen Garlatta and he made the buying process a breeze. I've purchased a lot of cars and the things that make a really good buying experience is when your salesperson communicates clearly, is upfront about pricing, and is true to what they say. Stephen not only hit all of these points, he went the extra mile to make sure my experience AFTER buying the car was up to par. It really says a lot about someone that even after they have made the sale, they still strive to make the customer happy. |

| Summary: Purchased my first Audi from Stephen Garlatta yesterday. Ive purchased many vehicles over the years, for myself and for my kids. This was the most pleasant. Stephen was patient, kind, and funny. He took the time to go over all all my options and show me all the vehicles in my price range. He was never pushy and actually listened to what I had to say. My Audi brand specialist, Stephen Garlatta, worked with me for the past month. He treated me well with my trade-in situation and one of the sales manager, Kevin Bolton, even discounted my 2024 Audi Q8 even more, due to a family inconvenience it would cost me at that time. (Believe me, my situation also is time-consuming and a hassle for this dealership too). Let's just say Walter's Audi Riverside beat other dealerships by more than $200 on my monthly payment with the same terms.
I'm going to trade-in another vehicle with Walter's and we are already talking numbers since I know exactly what I want.
I have had previous deals with Rusnak, Envision Motors, Fletcher Jones, Santa Monica and am confident now about Walter's Audi Riverside's commitment to their empathetic and patient approach for each person's situation.
