| Summary: Blake Lewis was amazing! I was down in Anaheim for a sporting event with my child all the way from Sacramento. We had been looking for a specific car for our daughter up in our area for the last month or so and no luck. I happened to look online to see what dealers had in stock down in So Cal since I was there. Walters Audi had great inventory and that is where I came across Blake. He made it so easy for me. He was prompt in his communication and sent me a great overview video of the car so I didnt need to come to the dealership. He handled everything virtually for me which was amazing since I was there with my daughter for a weekend long sporting event she was in. Blake wrapped up the deal and delivered the car to my hotel so I could drive it back to Sacramento. I was very impressed with how easy Blake and his team made it for me. It was a great experience overall and we are happy with our purchase and we have a very happy daughter! Thank you Blake! |

When I arrived, they were ready to help me efficiently with all the details without feeling rushed. Even with construction going on, their hospitality was first-class. Highly recommend. |

| Summary: As a former customer of Walters Mercedes which was fantastic, I'm very disappointed in my experience with Walter's Audi.
I went here with my girlfriend. She hadn't completely made up her mind about Audis yet. As an Audi fanboy myself, I convinced her to at the least go check them out with me at Walter's Audi.
I unfortunately do not recall the salesman's name but he helped her make sure she never buys an Audi ever. Once I told him we didn't have a budget in mind yet, because we didn't even know what car we were looking for, he immediately started insinuating we couldn't afford an Audi and started getting hostile.
Thanks Walter's Audi, for making us both hate the dealership experience even more. |

| Summary: Blake is super nice, but the service team and management seem like they dont care about the customer at all. I live in OC, and drove out to Riverside for a car I saw online. When I got there I found out it had been in an accident, which I wasnt told prior to my appointment. Looked at another car, which was more expensive but had more options, so I decided to go with that one. For some reason the price on the second car went up during our conversation, so Blake had to convince his manager to bring the price back down to what it was originally. This was all on a Saturday, and I was told the car would need a couple of things fixed and would be ready on Monday. On Monday I was super excited, but then was told it wouldnt actually be ready until late afternoon on Tuesday. Ok fine. I had to work so I sent my husband to pick up the car. As he was driving back on the 91, the plastic covering on the bottom of the car came half way off and started dragging on the freeway. He had to go back to the dealership where they refused to replace the piece, and just screwed it on. I honestly wish I had just stayed in OC and paid a little more. Pretty unsatisfied with this experience. Again, Blake is great and had nothing to do with the issues. Would recommend him, but not this dealership. |
