It would be easier for me to go to the dealer in Murrieta but I prefer the Riverside dealership because the staff is friendly and professional, especially Alex Ortiz. He explains everything and answers all my questions. The waiting area is comfortable with great coffee and snacks. |

| Summary: Peter was the advisor that helped me. I typically go to the OG Alex Ortiz , just because, he takes care of all of my familys Audis but he had a customer with him already and Time was not a luxury I could afford to spend that day.
So
Upon arriving to Walters Peter came outside to my vehicle greeted me and took care of me. He was very thorough and definitely worked with a sense of urgency which I appreciated because again .. I was crunched on time. Peter Younes was cool I would not mind if he has to help me again.
My only con was .. I wouldve liked more frequent updates on status of my car. . Not entirely his fault I guess I shouldve mentioned it to him. He responded promptly when I reached out for an update .
However,
I do despise infidelity so unless time is of the essence I will be waiting for Alex Ortiz. Thanks for your Help Peter Younes! |

| Summary: Its always a drag having to go to the dealership to fix some thing with my car. Somehow the people that work at Audi make it a fun experience for me every single time. I usually see Alex, but he was not in and I was instead met with Alejandro Luna, which exceeded my expectations. 10/10 it was amazing service I could tell he was swamped with customers, but still managed to keep it very personal, and seemed very sincere on wanting a great outcome for each and everyone of us. Very personable and amazing at what he does. |
