| Summary: Purchased a vehicle this weekend at Walter's Audi. Romen Artalejo was our salesperson who basically spent his whole day with us and led us through the process. He wasn't pushy like other salesmen we've seen and he was friendly and knowledgeable. His manager came over to help through one part of the process and he was okay but definitely had more of the sales vibe that we're used to. Romen understood this was a big purchase for us and respectfully led us through the decision process. |
