My wife and I purchased our second vehicle from Joshua Rambow at Walters Audi, the new 2021 Q5 Prestige. We love the new vehicle and were so pleased with the final deal we worked out with the George and Joshua.
Initially we had some miscommunication, but the General Manager George McKenzie worked with my wife and I to come to a resolution and helped us get an amazing Q5 at a Great price.
We did everythign completely online and through email, and they even delivered or Vehicle to us in Irvine and took back our old lease vehicle.
Joshua went over all the new technology with me and made the transition smooth and easy to understand.
We were sad to see our 2018 Audi 6 go, but the new 2021 Q5 Prestige is Amazing, and it looks Awesome! |

| Summary: I was looking for a very particular model used car and in my searching I looked at cars in San Jose, Santa Barbra and San Diego. In the process I looked at Walter's. Although they did not have that model I found another car that I had looked at 5 years ago. Walter's had a very clean example at an excellent price. I dealt with several people at Walter's and actually made 3 separate trips to Riverside from Fountain Valley. My main Audi Specialist was David Le. He was extremely knowledgeable of the entire Audi line and answered without hesitation all my questions and took care of a few issues I had with this car. I am an engineer by trade, just the kind of guy the car dealers shudder over.
The entire experience was fun and productive. I'd like to recognize the other team members I dealt with as they all contributed to my excellent experience:

| Summary: Deciding on what your next car should be, is often time consuming, stressful and a beguiling experience. There are many manufacturers, endless models and finance options you must wade through, before deciding on, other than a home, the next most expensive purchase for the majority of us. I have faced this many times and if that doesn't test our patience, the real challenge is the buying process, which too often is closer to the birthing process then an exciting moment of enjoyment and satisfaction.
So that brings me to Walter's Audi. I owned a Mercedes that their sister Mercedes store wanted to buy, but was unsure of what would replace it. I have been thinking a SUV would be my next car , but performance, luxury and styling, is a difficult combination when shopping for this type. I favor German cars and drove the Mercedes new GLE amg 53, the BMW X series, the Porsche Cayenne, Cayenne S. The S was my choice, but between the substantially higher price and absurd lease rates hesitated wondering if their car was worth it.
Walters Audi store was around the corner and checked their Q8. Liked it but not enough to buy it. David offered a test drive in a SQ8 and was thoroughly impressed-- had the luxury of Mercedes, handling similar to Porsche, a v8 engine like the old muscle cars and styling that turn heads. David was a senior sales person, who was fantastic asked George Mckenzie the GM to work out the details. I never felt pressured, nor being subjected to the normal sales tricks, if anything feeling I was speaking to a investment advisor. The finance people who often restart the selling process were even introduced and were very professional.
Had to finalize everything later that evening and was offered a loaner, at the same time introduced to Stacy a service advisor that set up an appointment to re-detail the car to my satisfaction. I should add the detail was done as promised including a minor warranty window adjustment.
I believe the entire Walter's auto group have the highest standards, but my experience puts their Audi store at the pinnacle. |
