| Summary: Walter's Audi in Riverside has an excellent service department. I am particularly impressed with Peter Younes the service advisor who was very knowledgeable, friendly and provided the detail status of my car. I had taken my car that I bought from a non Audi dealer and wanted Walter Audi to assess reason why my car was not paying smog. They send me a video assessment of my car and provided the result of their findings via there application that I was able to access on my phone. This was a nice feature that they have. Top notch service from service advisor, technicians, and their communication application. With service like this it's hard to go to another place. I'll definitely take my car here for future service needs and will ask for Peter Younes to a assist me. |
