| Summary: This was one the best and hassle free experiences Ive ever had at a dealership. Everything was done over the phone or email and I never even had to step into the dealership once. Kevin gave me an excellent price on a new car that no one else could touch, and Stephen Garlatta was very prompt with the the documents. I signed everything electronically from my couch and Stephen personally delivered the car the next morning.
I couldnt ask for anything more. |

| Summary: I just leased a new 2023 Audi from Walters Audi. I have leased many Audi sedans and suvs in the past, but all when I lived in different geographical regions. The entire experience with Walters was great. Professional, friendly and no last minute unwanted surprises. The sales consultant Steve Garlatta was a pleasure to deal with-the best, he even set up my cell phone and Audi Connect. So was the sales manager Brett McKinley. Their assistant Kayla who I spoke to over the phone to set up my visit was very efficient with great follow up. I highly recommend Walters and the team that worked with me. Thanks to All. |

Walter’s Audi Brand Specialist Stephen Garlatta helped us to focus on what we needed/wanted, then pinpoint exactly which vehicle was the perfect fit for us in this stage of our lives (the 2023 Q5 S line 45 TFSI Quattro). He helped us secure a great deal on our vehicle then patiently walked us Luddites through all the technology upgrades (wow—what we’ve missed in the last 11 years!). Anyway, the bottom line is that Walter’s Audi and Stephen Garlatta were fantastic to work with and we highly recommend specifically both. |
