| Summary: Got a flat tire and had it towed to Riverside Porsche. It's a not the closest dealership but worth it to me. Wonderful team. Charlie helped me out and took care of everything. It's good to find someone you can trust and feel at peace. They fixed exactly what I needed and did it quickly. |

| Summary: Recently, I took my 2014 Porsche Panamera E-Hybrid to Porsche of Riverside, for servicing for an issue I was having with the A/C. My service writer was William Barbaro (a very personable individual). When I was presented with the bill and discussed my concerns, he was generous enough to look into the matter with the service manager, Charlie Kim.
I would like to thank, Charlie and William for living up to the customer satisfaction motto by putting the customer first! |

| Summary: I called in to the Porsche Riverside service department and spoke with the service manager Charlie Kim who assisted me by answering questions I had about my parents Cayenne. He was very attentive and answered all my questions accurately and provided a timeline of how long the services would take. I called back later on in the afternoon and was connected with a William Barbaro who confirmed that I would be provided a courtesy vehicle for the services on my parents Cayenne. I let him know that I'd check with my parents availability and call back before the week was over to schedule a service appointment.
Everyone was very polite to deal with over the phone, I'd highly recommend getting your Porsche serviced at Porsche Riverside. |

I took my Porsche in for a recall request that was mailed tor several times regarding replacing a piece on my headlights and after receiving my vehicle back, I can no longer see the road at night with my headlights. Service manager is refusing to fix the issue and I'm left without a vehicle that I can drive at night |

| Summary: There was a tiny little, leather flake that peeled off of my 2021 Macaan leather upholstery in the stick shift. I reached out to Porsche America, and unfortunately, they werent very accommodating. I called Charlie, the manager of the Porsche Riverside dealership where I purchased my Macan, and he was more than to help me personally. He reached out to one of the local Porsche dealerships where I live, and was able to arrange to have the leather upholstery switched out. He even followed up and was very professional! Charlie is a wonderful example of great customer service.They have won over my heart, and of course, my business for my next Porsche!. |

| Summary: The service department and Charlie Kim are top notch! I found that scheduling the appointment was much easier than other Porsche dealers, you receive text reminders and updates. You will truly receive the white glove treatment here. Although Porsche Riverside is a little further than my local dealership, I make the extra trek to see Charlie for the great service. |
