| Summary: Came in looking at the new cayenne. We compared it to a 21 GTS. Having own a GTS in the past husband and I were equally impressed with the quality, performance, and just the overall appearance. There was no doubt we werent walking out of the lot without one. The professionalism from Rob and Jeremy made the transaction quick and easy; definitely did not feel any pressure or anxiety. At the end, they made us a good deal on the GTS and we drove home with the keys. Will be sure to come back with all our Porsche needs. |

| Summary: Totally unprofessional customer service from Jeremy Bishop. Booked to see a CPO car for sale, and although car was sold day before our appointment, Jeremy didn't have the common courtesy to let us know even as our appointment was not until after midday. We had specifically let them know we were 1 hour drive away and yet no call to inform us. Total waste of half day including time, and toll costs. Then Jeremy had the arrogance to suggest that we could look at other cars available. Never visiting Porsche Riverside again, and will recommend that all friends and acquaintances do the same. Not sure how Walter's Porsche operates this way. |

| Summary: I highly recommend Porsche Riverside! From the beginning they were professional, treated me with respect, and accommodating to my needs. As everyone knows, buying a car could be a headache but these guys did a great job to make the whole process smooth and most important efficient. The dealership is new with plenty of cars to choose from not to mention convenient location as well. My Brand Ambassador was Juan Bautista who was one of the kindest & most professional salesman I've dealt with. He was honest and upfront which is hard to get in a dealership these days. I also had the pleasure of meeting the Sales Manager Jeremy Bishop who took time out of his busy day to meet and introduce himself. He was also very helpful and was upfront with everything which was very appreciated! If you're in the market for a car, definitely give Porsche Riverside a call, you will not regret it!! |

| Summary: Had a fantastic buying experience here from start-to-finish. Sales manager Jeremy Bishop helped me get a hard-to-find buildable allocation for a desireable Taycan trim back in July. He then kept me informed through the entire build process. When it came time to pick up the car in December, salesman Tony Nguyen made me feel at home and walked me through the entire purchase process and went out of his way to entertain my wife and son while I went through the paperwork. Alexis Trujillo was my customer experience advisor that got me set in the car and didnt leave until all of my questions were answered. Class-act salesteam! |
