Porsche Riverside is always the very best no matter if its service or sales etc. Henry Quezada took care of me on my service and did with an absolute A+. Jon Kienle is the general manager at Porsche Riverside. He is fantastic to work with and has wonderful staff. Rob Owen was my sales person, Rob took care of everything from the very beginning. He immense knowledge about these cars and he is easy to work with, Rob has great character, I would recommend to him family and friends 100%. After owning several different exotic cars, this is THE ONE! Porsche has outdone their competitors. End of story!

Very poor communication. They contact you then you reply and get no response for two days then they give you an offer for your car and demand that you bring it in the same day then when you ask if you could have an extra day to sort out what car you will drive when turning this car In they take back the offer. Super tacky. Dont waste your time selling your car here with CHARLES WHITE Update: reached out to Jon K, Jeff H, & Eric L. All are managers in regards to this matter with no response via phone or email. Will NOT take my Porsche back to this dealership.

Bad business Practice. Jon Kienle this is not how you treat a client who order a $200k car and also brought a friend who bought a $350k car few months back. Deposit is given on a special order Targa 4 GTS in May Track order and Porsche confirm at the port on 12/13/22. Sales Person last email 11/30 saying it's at port, with no other emails or form of communication. 12/23 follow up. 12/24 told me the car was sold to someone else. Not Acceptable and greed, I am guessing they sold it more than what was promised to me. Email from sales person below: "You are good to go @MSRP + 25,000......." dated May 15, 2022. Would never do business here. Shady and Greedy. @John 12/27. Yes The email was on 11/30 but not one ever said it was at the dealership, no call, text or any form of communication after that email. Got an Email which I sent to you on 12/13 from Porsche stating "The car is arriving at port soon". So the simple question I asked the Sales Person "When did it arrive at the dealership and Sold" <-- no answer from Sales Person Or your Sales Manager and I also asked of you to call me still no calls yet. @John also forgot to mention, how excited you guys were when you wanted me to help you sell that GT3 that was cancelled from the original buyers with multiple texts, calls and emails daily by the hour and for me I can't even get a call?
