Porsche Riverside is the leader in customer experience and service which is why I drove 1.5 hours each way to purchase my Cayenne from the Team. Joshua Vigil began my experience which was seamless, fair and competitive. He made the experience enjoyable and low maintenance and kept his word.
Joshua was off on the day that I could get to the dealership and Tony Nguyen picked up seamlessly where he left off to ensure the best possible experience for me. Tony was professional and easy to speak with and gave me various options and also kept his word. He was understandable and thoughtful about the drive for me to get to Riverside. When I arrived he was friendly and engaging and thoughtful. He expressed gratitude for my business both in words and actions. He also helped me easily get my custom rims off of my Porsche I traded and put the factory tires back on. I will be a long time and loyal customer of Porsche Riverside and Tony's. Everybody was friendly, nice, smiley and helpful. The whole team contributed from Jacob on the phone through Adam in finance, Alexis the car expert and even Jeff Hudson the general sales manger intervened to smooth a small hiccup. I truly had one of the best experiences buying a car- not a small feat in the jungle of car sales. The experience was worth the long drive and traffic from Los Angeles to Riverside. We ended with a beautiful car for a great price. I highly recommend the place. |

The whole purchasing experience was very pleasant with the strong support from their sales team, in particular, Rob Own and Joshua Vigil. From inquiry, doc signing to transportation, Rob and Josh went above and beyond to share car photos and videos, explain details, respond to my questions, etc. The whole sales team also did an amazing job to back up each other and stayed extremely informative and communicative the entire time.
