| Summary: I bought a Porsche from here - worst experience I could imagine. I was constantly lied to by Tony Nguyen (sales guy), and was lucky to finally interact with a more honest manager, Taylor Ferguson (who I had a good and professional experience with). Nonetheless, based on my long and awful interactions with Tony Nguyen and his lies, I would recommend staying away and buying from a different dealer. |

If you want to cut through all the non-sense and order the dream car or pick up a nice used Porsche this is the place. I have bought several cars here and they just get it right every time. |

| Summary: I went to a few dealerships to buy a car and sought two things: nothing shady and ease of doing business. Taylor Ferguson at Porsche Riverside was the only person who could provide both. I even worked with a salesman at Porsche Riverside (not Taylor, and not who I purchased with), who I would describe as unethical, not professional, and the stereotypical sleazy used car salesman. Nonetheless, I am providing 5-stars based on my very positive experience with Taylor specifically. I found him to be the most professional, upstanding, and ethical person who I have worked with at a car dealership. Hard to find, and refreshing. He's the type of person who I wish I had at my company. He's the only person who I'd go back to to buy another car from, and the only car dealership employee who I have ever recommended to my friends and family. |

| Summary: Seamless, hassle free process from start to finish. Staff were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I liked the ability to get a ball park figure for my trade before making the trip to the dealer. My deal did not need financing and I said at the outset I did not require any service plans, gap insurance etc. To the dealership credit these were never up sold to me. I was thankful that the lost key option was mentioned as I opted for this. Great handover and explanation of the vehicle functions. |
