| Summary: I purchased a certified pre owned Porsche Cayenne in February 2024. My experience was amazing and left me happy!. Porsche Riverside is the leader in customer experience and service which is why I drove 1.5 hours each way to purchase my Cayenne from the Team. Joshua Vigil began my experience which was seamless, fair and competitive. He made the experience enjoyable and low maintenance and kept his word.
Joshua was off on the day that I could get to the dealership and Tony Nguyen picked up seamlessly where he left off to ensure the best possible experience for me. Tony was professional and easy to speak with and gave me various options and also kept his word. He was understandable and thoughtful about the drive for me to get to Riverside. When I arrived he was friendly and engaging and thoughtful. He expressed gratitude for my business both in words and actions. He also helped me easily get my custom rims off of my Porsche I traded and put the factory tires back on. I will be a long time and loyal customer of Porsche Riverside and Tony's. Tony Nguyen was particularly impressive--friendly, responsive, and incredibly thorough in explaining every detail of our new car. His dedication is exactly why, despite living in LA and not having resided in Riverside for over a decade, I always go back to a Walter's dealership in Riverside for all my car needs (Porsche or otherwise).

| Summary: Wanted to surprise my wife with a new car for her birthday so I decided to contact a few Porsche dealerships; here in San Diego and a few following up north until I could find the right car for her. Luckily, the first to reach back was Tony Nguyen, here in Riverside Porsche, and the deal he gave me with the color combo on the Macan was untouchable! Not one dealership could even come close to the deal he presented me with. It was a pleasure working with him, especially after getting the run around from a few other dealers. | Summary: I bought a Porsche from here - worst experience I could imagine. I was constantly lied to by Tony Nguyen (sales guy), and was lucky to finally interact with a more honest manager, Taylor Ferguson (who I had a good and professional experience with). Nonetheless, based on my long and awful interactions with Tony Nguyen and his lies, I would recommend staying away and buying from a different dealer. |
