| Summary: The Porsche Riverside dealership is truly like no other! They provide excellent, stellar, attentive service whether you're there to buy a Porsche or service your Porsche. I have been lucky enough to do both. They have a wide selection and variety of cars that no other Porsche dealership can offer you. They also have the means and connections to help you build the Porsche of your dreams from scratch, meticulously crafted and created just for you - from Germany. It takes 7 months but it's totally worth the wait. I called around to many other Porsche dealerships trying to build a Porsche, but no other dealership could help me.
I feel so blessed to have found Tony Nguyen who was my main sales person - we were in touch for 7 months often talking about how my Porsche was being configured and built during that time. Josh Vigil who is also in Sales helped me the day I arrived to the dealership. Both Tony and Josh were so excited and happy for me. They were knowledgeable, efficient, and their customer service went above and beyond anything I have ever experienced buying a new car.
Also my finance manager, Adam Avalos made the finance part feel effortless. His obvious long term success and expertise in Porsche finance was apparent through my seamless paperwork.
Finally, Omar Argumedo in Service just knows his Porsches! He helped me settle into my new car and showed me some new features with knowledge and patience.
Overall, my experience at this dealership and the people I mentioned made my new buy - a 2024 Porsche Cayman 718 GTS feel like a dream come true! I can't say enough nice things about this place. I've been to other Porsche dealerships, I've been to other luxury car dealerships and there's no place like Porsche Riverside. They unequivocally stand in a league of their own. No other dealership can compare! If you are thinking of making your dream car a reality, this is the place for you.

| Summary: This is a review of Tony Nguyen and our experience with him during our recent visit. In short, we couldn't have been happier with our experience.
We were a few hours away when we first contacted him about a specific car and although we would be arriving a few hours after he was slated to be off, he told us he'd stay in order to take care of us. We were interested in two separate cars and he had both washed and ready for a test drive when we got there. We didn't feel any sense of pressure from Tony. He was patient and answered any and all questions we had. Once we were back inside he handled all the paperwork efficiently and we were done before we knew it.
I've bought my fair share of cars, motorcycles, bicycles, boats..you name it. Our experience with Tony was among the best we've ever had with any of them. It truly was as seamless and pain free as a vehicle purchase could ever be. If you're in the market for a Porsche I highly recommend dealing with Tony. We're glad we did.
I also want to mention Adam, the gentleman whom Tony passed us on to to finish up all the paperwork. This is sometimes the dreaded portion of the transaction....the part where you're waiting to be sold every type of extended warranty imaginable.....and another warranty to cover the previous warranty!!!. None of that here. He explained several options, but at no time did we feel the pressure or experience the sour attitude we've gotten at other dealerships when you pass on buying something. (And even without the pressure he did a good enough job explaining things to us to where we DID buy the wheel tire coverage).
So very long story short, these guys did great. A+ |
