| Summary: This review is for Charlie Nguyen and Porsche Riverside. My family has been in the car business for 50 years, and we have purchased 2 Porsches from Charlie this year. We live in Northern California, so we have more convenient options for these cars. But, I have to say, that we will only use Charlie and Porsche Riverside going forward. | Summary: I had the pleasure of working with Charlie Nguyen in purchasing my first Porsche. I met Charlie as soon as I pulled up to the dealership and he was very accommodating. Not only did Charlie pull out the Porsche I came to the dealership to view but he also pulled out another option for me that I wasn't aware of that was still in my budget. Charlie was happy to answer any questions I had, very patient, and extremely informative on the vehicles I was interested in. Working with Charlie, I didn't feel pressured to buy something I didn't want. Once I found the Porsche I wanted to purchase, he was willing to work with me so that I was able to stay in my budget. Charlie made the process very simple, smooth, easy, and enjoyable for me. The night I purchased my Porsche, he stayed as long as he had to in order to ensure the vehicle was ready for me and went through the entire car with me and how everything worked. He was very patient and again, happy to answer any questions I had and ensured I was all set up with my new car before driving off the lot. I highly recommend Charlie Nguyen at Porsche Riverside. | Summary: Charlie Nguyen was a very attentive sales person who went above and beyond in customer service. My husband and I decided to go with Porsche Riverside because of Charlie and his efforts. We approached 2 other Porsche dealerships and let me tell you, they are not equal. Charlie emailed me a personalized video of the car I was interested in and followed up with several emails before we scheduled an appointment. We also got a very good offer on our trade-in. Charlie made the sale and we went home in a Cayenne!! Thank you, Charlie and Porsche Riverside! |
