Sales person Carlos Escobado was exceptional.
Showed me the car, test drove it, finalized the purchase and this man, the next day drove my car to my house and Ubered himself back on a Sunday.
Sales manager Jeremy was pivotal and very accommodating to finalize my purchase although I was a bit rough on him. What a gentleman.
Lastly, Alexis was very impressive with his knowledge, programming all the electronic features of the car and setting up my on line Porsche account
I STRONGLY recommend Porsche Riverside
They may be a bit far but they definitely worth the opportunity to earn your business |

| Summary: My wife and I decided to stop by your dealership to see what in stock options were available for the Panamera. (I prefer doing business with local business) We noticed John Beech in the parking lot with another customer. Soon thereafter he came over and asked if we had been helped. He was very helpful and shared a lot of information about the product line we were interested in. After a quick test and trusting the information shared by John, we decided to purchase the Panamera. Everyone at the dealership that we dealt with was very professional and pleasant.
One thing I would recommend is putting more fuel in the car for a longer test drive.
If I decide to purchase another Porsche, I will defiantly come by Porsche of Riverside first. I will also recommend this dealership to any person I know looking for a Porsche. |
