| Summary: Received an e mail from the Dealership advertising a tire special, tried to call to see if they had any tires that would fit my vehicle, no answer in the service department, called back and left a message with the service department as per the voicemail and clerk who answered's instructions, no call back in the time frame between 4: 20 and the time they closed at 6:00 PM. Called the clerk back and advised her to have me removed from their e mail list as to me this is unacceptable lack of service and availability, No offer to contact a manager to resolve the issue, e mail removed and I will take my business elsewhere. |

I would recommend Crown and Bryan to anyone looking for a new or used car. I have already told my friends and hope they will see Crown and Bryan is they need something new. | Summary: Stacy McNeely went above and beyond for my husband and me. We went to Crown Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat thinking that we would talk to someone and be disappointed with what we heard and just drive back home. We told Stacy what our limit was as far as a monthly car payment, and when we sat down to do numbers, they came back with a payment way above our asking, so she worked for hours to get us the payment that we originally requested. She even stayed after hours to do this and had a positive attitude the entire time. We ended up leaving late that night, but we left in the vehicle that we wanted, and it was even a higher trim level than we thought that we could get! I would highly recommend Stacy to anyone, and I will be reaching out to her myself when purchasing vehicles in the future!!! |

Will nickel and dime you all day long, charge multiple diagnostic fees for any little issue you ask about, and act as if they have no idea what could possibly be wrong. unless you pay a diagnostic fee. They do not stand by their product or services. However, they were nice and cordial while trying to take your money. |
