Frank Lovette was exceptional. No games, straight forward pricing. The communication from the other departments needs work. We indicated exactly when we would be there to receive our new ar and yet it was not ready. This was totally out of Frank's control.

We just bought our second car from Crown Honda. We have had nothing but great experiences with the dealership. If you go to Crown Honda ask for Enver Bekric. Enver is hands down the best salesman we have ever worked with. He knows every detail of the car and works with you to get the right deal. I was there to look at a different car and Enver educated me on why I should go with the car we purchased. Am I happy with the decision? YES

I was really pleased with my experience. Daimara Morril is on top of her game and goes the extra mile. While I was there for service she brought Travis the tech out to see me. He showed me my rear brake pads and explained that after getting the brakes apart it was obvious to him that the service was not needed as the pads still had 70% life left. He could have just done the job and said nothing, but his actions saved me several hundred dollars and some valuable time. Travis was polite, informative and should be recognized for his integrity! This is not the first time I have had a great experience. I would recomend your service department to anyone. Very happy with my 2020 Ridgeline purchased from Michael Tan and my experiences with Crown Honda for the last 4 years!

Had a great experience at Crown Honda. Michelle Dessert is my service advisor whenever I take my car in and shes fantastic and always makes me laugh. I took my car in for regular maintenance and for a repair on my idle stop which was covered under warranty. Ive had 2 nails in my tires that they replaced over the last 8 months or so. I love that Michelle looked back at those two appts to see if there was an overlap in what would be done in my regular maintenance. She saw that a few things didnt need to be done this time around because theyd already been done so recently. People talk about how dealerships always add extra fees and repairs, but Michelle is up in here saving me money. I wouldnt have even thought to ask about that. I also like that they offer to pay for an Uber to take me to work and then again to bring me back to the dealership when the service is done. And their automatic coffee machine rocks!
