| Summary: I had a very disappointing experience working with Samuel at this dealership.
I inquired about a 2023 Dodge Challenger Hellcat and was told the vehicle was still going through inspection. However, the Carfax showed that the inspection had already been completed prior to my inquiry.
I was then told there were no photos available for the vehicle, yet I was able to find multiple photos already listed online.
When I pointed out these inconsistencies to Samuel, instead of clarifying or taking accountability, the response I received was you can speak with someone else.
That level of dismissiveness, combined with conflicting information, made the entire interaction feel dishonest and unprofessional.
As someone in sales myself, I understand mistakes happenbut transparency and accountability are non-negotiable. This experience showed a lack of both.
I would strongly recommend verifying all information carefully before doing business here. couldnt even get through the first step of a introduction and I had to leave a review like this-
