| Summary: Dante and Steve are the man. This was one of the best experiences I have ever had buying a car. The entire staff were very polite. There wasn't any pressure at all to make a deal. I bought a brand new 2025 X5 and spent less than 3 hours on the entire transaction. Wow!! This was an awesome experience and I will definitely refer my family, relatives and others to check them out!! |

| Summary: I have been a long time customer of BMW of Tallahassee. My customer service rep is Ian Wyre and he is WONDERFUL to deal with, always professional, courteous, and friendly. I brought my wife's X5 in for its first annual maintenance check-up and they found a problem, got the parts ordered, did the service and return her SUV in time for our annual trip to the North Carolina mountains. I trust Ian to make it a pleasurable encounter whenever I come in for service - which honestly is not very often! The dealership is in a brand new, swanky building and Crawford Atkins, the BMW General Manager is EXCELLENT! If you have a BMW or you want a BMW, this is the dealership to go to and they will treat you like gold! |
